Fall Character Coach

The fall sports season is quickly approaching and we at FCA are preparing to send out Character Coaches to serve, encourage, and share the gospel to teams all through out the Greater Louisville area. This serving opportunity is a weekly commitment where you will be paired with a local high school or middle school team. The dates displayed are a rough estimate, as some teams will go longer and some will go shorter. This is an athlete specific ministry and we hope you prayerfully consider serving in our ministry.

Requirements

Prerequisites

  1. Meeting with FCA staff before you start serving

Responsibilities

  1. Speaking to your assigned team weekly
  2. Building relationships with coaches and athletes
  3. Attending a few of your teams games
  4. Praying for your team

Preparation

  1. Prayerfully ask God if this is where he would like you serve in this ministry
  2. Be prepared to share God's word for at least 5-10 minutes
  3. Get connected to your local FCA rep
